Peter started his motorsport career in hillclimbs in the 1970s, competing in both state and national championships. Over the years, he competed in many different motorsport classes, including karts, production cars, sports sedans, rallying and charity rally bashes.
After a long hiatus on the sidelines, Peter teamed up with Allan Shephard, and under his guidance made the step up to national level production car racing. Peter’s first race at Bathurst, the 2009 12 Hour, resulted in a class victory, leading home a 1-2 finish for the team.
For the first time in his career, Peter is a part of a quality team environment. Both Peter and Allan share the same passion and vision for their motorsport activities, and are well placed for many future successes on the track.
